What greater donor influence can there be, than positively impacting the lives of so many people through your gift? The Foundation provides lasting value to the Timberland Regional Library District and the communities it serves. By addressing the short term needs in an immediate manner, we are able to enhance the quality programs and services provided by the Timberland Regional Library District. Most recently we provided 1,500 books to the participants in the Family Read Aloud program, helping them develop their childÃs literacy skills. We are partnering as funders for Timberland Reads Together, providing this adult program with much needed funding to augment this wonderful program. This is all possible through unrestricted donations we receive from donors like you.
Protecting the Future of Our Libraries
Equally, and perhaps even more importantly, we are committed to securing the funding for the libraries through our endowments. These endowments are critical to the long term support of the 27 libraries that comprise the Timberland Regional Library District. By investing today you are helping to protect the future for the libraries. It takes time to build these endowments and the gift you give today creates this type of security for all of our libraries.
