We invite you to enjoy your
Passport to Timberland journey
beginning June 15 - September 12, 2010
- Ask the Circulation Desk for your free Passport at any Timberland Library (1 per customer, supplies limited).
- Each library you visit will stamp your Passport with its unique stamp and stamps count for potential prizes.
- Visit as many of the 27 libraries in the Timberland Regional Library District over the summer as you like. Amazing adventures on the Passport trails!
- September 13 - September 25, 2010 take your Passport in to any Timberland Regional Library branch.
- Staff will count stamps, record it, and send your entry to Timberland Regional Library Foundation for the Passport Prize Drawing.
- Prizes are based on number of libraries visited, drawing September 30, 2010.

- Beginning June 15, go into any of the 27 Timberland Regional Library branches and ask at the Circulation Desk for your Passport to Timberland (ONE PER PERSON PLEASE).
- The staff will stamp your Passport on their library page at that time. ONE STAMP PER LIBRARY ONLY.

- If you are 18 or older, the staff will give you any local sponsor flyers that offer savings to you on your Passport journey. Please note not every community has a local sponsor.
- Take your Passport to Timberland and use it as a guide to plan your ‘staycation’ as you explore the wonder and beauty that is the Timberland Regional Library District and the communities it serves!
- Be sure to bring your Passport with you when you visit the libraries; ask to get your Passport stamped and receive your flyers. ONLY THE ACTUAL PASSPORT IS STAMPED SO DON’T LEAVE IT AT HOME!
- Passport Season runs from June 15th - September 12th. Have fun and enjoy the adventure!
- After September 12th and on or before the September 25th fill out your Prize Drawing Card found in the back of your Passport to Timberland.
- Take your Passport to your local Timberland Regional Library on or before September 25th and ask the library staff at the Circulation Desk to count your stamps. ONLY CIRCULATION STAFF WILL BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU.
- Circulation Desk Staff will enter the number of stamps you collected on your Passport Journey on your completed Prize Drawing Card, tear the card out of your Passport and send it to the Foundation for the Prize Drawing. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.
- Winners will be notified September 30th and will be listed in our publications. Children and youth will only be identified by first names; adults will be listed by first and last name. Prizes categories are based on children up to 12, youth 13-17, and adult 18 and older.
- Passport Season runs from June 15th - September 12th. Have fun and enjoy the adventure!
- Timberland Regional Library staff and their families are not eligible to participate in the prize drawing.
